We just had our Dimension One Diplomat delivered today, and I wanted you to know what a fabulous experience we have had with our dealer, Frank Kovar, in the Fort Worth area. We are also building a pool with a lot of surrounding stone work requiring quite a bit of synchronization and communication between the pool builder and Frank. Frank's customer service is the best I have ever experienced, and I wanted you to know what a fine person you have representing Dimension One in the DFW area.
